These items were used quite a bit several years ago but haven't been touched in 2 years
The instruction book was printed in 2008
We had a part break off of the larger collar and I fitted a new red collar for the transmitter
The plug-in charger is new since we had a pet rabbit chew the original one
I did not test the charge/current on both collars, but they do light up green once they've been charged
